If you feel confident enough to do your own taxes or if you use the short form when you file your taxes this is for you. I have done this the past 2 years when I filed my taxes and it is super easy. You can file your Federal Taxes right on the IRS website at: http://www.irs.gov/efile/article/0,,id=118986,00.html
For filing your state taxes you can use one of these if you live in Kentucky: http://revenue.ky.gov/FFAOffers.htm You can also use it to file your federal and its usually around $9.00 But you should be able to file just your KY State Taxes through one of them and then file your Federal through the IRS website link.
